Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be the welcoming face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for all guests. This role involves a variety of duties including serving, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. Previous experience in catering, restaurant service, or barista work is advantageous, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
  • Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations
  • Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve any issues promptly
  • Support bar operations if applicable, including serving drinks and managing stock levels
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods

Skills

  • Previous experience in hospitality roles preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
