Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated full-time bar staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and delivering excellent customer service in a lively environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills within the food and beverage industry, working in a dynamic setting that values professionalism and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages efficiently and accurately, ensuring high standards of presentation.
  • Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards.
  • Ensure all drinks are prepared in line with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Manage cash transactions accurately using the till system.
  • Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts.
  • Assist in setting up and closing down the bar at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Uphold responsible alcohol service practices, including checking identification where necessary.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is advantageous.
  • Excellent serving skills with a friendly and professional manner.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods.
