Job Overview

Join our front-of-house team and help create a welcoming, enjoyable experience for every guest. You’ll support smooth service by working closely with colleagues across the restaurant.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests, answer questions and provide attentive hospitality and guest services.
  • Take orders and serve food and drinks accurately and courteously.
  • Prepare food and drinks as needed, following food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Keep front-of-house areas clean, stocked and ready for service.
  • Use basic maths to process orders and support accurate transactions; suggest suitable additions when appropriate.

Qualifications

  • A friendly, guest-focused approach and clear communication skills.
  • Good time management and the ability to work effectively in a busy team.
  • Restaurant, serving or other hospitality experience is useful but not essential.
  • Food preparation, kitchen or culinary experience is welcome.
  • Confidence with basic maths; knowledge of food safety is an advantage.

Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
