We are an independent restaurant located next to North Bridge, Hull, and we're seeking enthusiastic individuals with great personalities to join our small team. Our clientele is fun, polite, and respectful, and we pride ourselves on creating a positive and enjoyable work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery: Oversee the service of food and beverages, ensuring adherence to standards and methods.
  • Training and Development Given: Training and developing will be provided, expecting staff to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
  • Sales and Conversion: Support promotional activities and maximise sales opportunities.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain the restaurant in good condition throughout and after service.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Ideally, candidates will have 3 years experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and interact positively with customers.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work a combination of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • Personality: A positive attitude, willingness to learn, flexibility, and a good sense of humour are essential.
