The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing specific sections of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. This role requires strong leadership, excellent culinary skills, and the ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality. Duties
