Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in catering, serving, or food preparation is advantageous, along with a strong understanding of food safety standards.

Duties

  • Welcome guests warmly and manage their seating arrangements efficiently
  • Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including table setting and clearing
  • Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve any issues promptly
  • Support bar operations, including barista duties if applicable
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to deliver seamless service
  • Restock supplies and ensure the front of house area remains tidy throughout shifts

Experience

  • Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or restaurant service is preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is desirable
  • Experience with food preparation or barista work will be considered an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team are essential
  • A friendly demeanour with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in serving or hospitality roles demonstrates a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service

Pay: £12.71-£16.00 per hour
