About us – HOTEL IS a 91 bedroom hotel based in Oban, Argyll and we are open all year round.

Joining the team as Food & Beverage Assistant, you will ensure the efficient, friendly and timely service of food and beverages to guests.

About you – ideally you will have good previous experience working in a hotel, restaurant or bar, although training will be provided. You must be confident and welcoming in dealing with guests and able to work diligently and with speed and finesse. You will need to be adaptable and keep calm in a busy environment.

You will need to ensure the highest standard of guest service is demonstrated at all times, providing a first class friendly, helpful efficient and professional service to all our guests.

This is an exciting time of change and transition for the hotel and you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your own skills and abilities.

Location: Royal Hotel, Oban, Argyll, PA34 4BE

Contract: Full Time

Hours of work: 30 – 40

Shift Pattern: Split Shifts – 7am till 11am and 6pm till 9pm – this may change with business

Salary: £12.71 per hour

Live-in available: To be discussed at interview
