Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Breakfast Supervisor to lead our morning dining operations. Responsibilities

  • Supervise breakfast service, ensuring timely food preparation, presentation, and replenishment to meet guest expectations
  • Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff, servers, bartenders, and baristas to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences
  • Oversee food safety protocols and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
  • Coordinate food production activities, including cooking, plating, and serving breakfast items with precision and flair
  • Manage daily operational tasks such as inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and service areas
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment
  • Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and uphold our service excellence standards

Qualifications

  • Proven supervising or team management experience within restaurant, hotel, or hospitality settings
  • Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary practices
  • Experience with food safety standards and food production processes
  • Knowledge of beverage service including bartending skills; barista experience is a plus
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team under pressure
  • Familiarity with restaurant operations, hospitality principles, and customer service excellence
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
