Full job description

At Red Hall Hotel, we believe great hospitality is about more than serving food or drinks. It is about creating moments, making guests feel at home, and being the kind of person people remember long after they leave.

We are also looking to move towards a more refined service.

We want a charismatic, professional supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team, supporting our restaurant, events, and corporate functions.

You will be confident behind the bar, have some knowledge of wines, passionate about food, really all things hospitality, and genuinely enjoy talking to people. Whether you are serving guests at an elegant baby shower, a busy Sunday restaurant service, or a lively celebration, your warmth, personality, and attention to detail will help create an exceptional guest experience.

What we are looking for

You will:

  • Have at least 2 years’ restaurant experience in a hospitality environment
  • Have at least 1 year of experience of managing a people In a supervisor role
  • Trustworthy and diligent.
  • Know how to manage a bar and deliver consistent, high quality drinks
  • Be welcoming, personable, and naturally engaging with guests
  • Have the confidence to create a fun and memorable atmosphere
  • Be a true team player who can train and supports both bar and restaurant operations and members
  • Take pride in presentation, professionalism, and guest service
  • Feel comfortable appearing on social media and promotional content to showcase us, our events, and the Red Hall experience
  • Bring positive energy and a can do attitude to every shift

You must be dependable, approachable, well presented and able to remain calm during busy services.

This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, bank holidays and special events.

The interview process

Successful candidates will be invited to

  • Stage 1- A formal interview with the Food & Beverage management team
  • Stage2- A paid short trial shift and a meeting with a Director
