Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, and soft drinks to a consistently high standard
  • Deliver a warm, attentive, and knowledgeable experience for every guest at the bar
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of our full drink’s menu, including seasonal specials and Italian wine list
  • Manage bar set-up, stock rotation, and close-down procedures
  • Keep the bar clean, well-stocked, and always presented to the highest standard
  • Operate the POS system accurately and handle card transactions
  • Work closely with the FOH team to support table service and events when required
  • Comply with all licensing laws, allergen requirements, and responsible service of alcohol guidelines

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment - cocktail bar or Italian restaurant experience a plus
  • Genuine passion for hospitality, drinks, and creating a great guest experience
  • Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
  • Friendly, confident, and professional manner
  • Ability to work at pace during busy service without compromising quality
