Great opportunity for a driven, customer focused individual to join our fantastic gastro food pub and hotel. We located in a beautiful part of the Lake District National Park perfect for people who love the out doors.

You will be the face of our customers experience and therefore your passion will be delivering first class, efficient yet professional customer service, ensuring our guests leave satisfied, while always looking to exceed expectation.

You will be serving drinks from the bar and food to the restaurant. keeping your working environment clean and tidy whilst on duty.

As Bar manager you will also be responsible for looking after the beer cellar, controlling stock levels and doing the weekly drinks orders.

Hours vary weekly due to the nature of the business and you will be expected to work evenings and weekends , Public and Bank holidays.

You must be able to work well in a team be an excellent communicator and someone who relishes the challenge of a fast paced hotel life. Don't worry your not expected to know everything as we will train you up in areas that you are unfamiliar with.

We are looking for people who are common sense minded, trustworthy, reliable, hard working and are quick to learn on their feet.

The ability to drive is preferable as we are a few miles from the nearest town.
