Parallel - Seasonal Waiter

Pay: Hourly rate £12.71 + £4.90–£5.20 per hour in Tronc (on average)

In addition to your standard hourly wage, you'll receive a share of Tronc, of which 100% is distributed to the team.

You’ll ideally have experience in a busy, fast-paced restaurant, with strong communication and service skills, and a real team-first mentality. You’re someone who can read the room, create memorable moments, and bring positive energy to every interaction. If you have some cocktail or wine knowledge—great. If not, we’ll teach you.   • Delivering confident, efficient service during high-volume shifts

  • Supporting your teammates across the floor, bar, and pass to keep service running smoothly

  • Talking confidently about food and drinks, and offering thoughtful recommendations

  • Maintaining an eye for detail, whether it’s table settings, pacing of service, or reading a guest’s mood

  • Staying curious and engaged, learning about new menu items, wines, and cocktails

  • Representing the Parallel vibe: warm, sharp, and effortlessly attentive
