Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Bartenders to join our dynamic team.
As a Barista/Bartender, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience, crafting drinks with precision and personality while creating a welcoming, engaging atmosphere at the bar. The ideal candidates are passionate about hospitality, knowledgeable about a range of beverages, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills are essential for delivering outstanding service and maintaining a vibrant bar environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the bar, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Take drink and limited food orders accurately and efficiently, offering recommendations and upselling where appropriate.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and care.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including bar tops, tools, glassware, and stock.
  • Collaborate with floor and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of bar orders.

Qualifications

  • Must have 1 year experience as Barista and Bartender
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members alike.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude towards helping others and working as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
