Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service in a lively hospitality environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, barista trained, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the smooth operation of the bar area.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails
  • Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure the bar area remains clean, organised, and stocked with necessary supplies
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
  • Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere
  • Assist with setting up events or special functions as required
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service

Skills

  • Barista trained
  • Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
  • Experience in serving or working within a restaurant or bar environment (desirable)
