The Queens Hotel Food and Beverage Department are recruiting for a Restaurant Supervisor for our Restaurant 1865. We are looking for a passionate, focused, hands-on Supervisor who can engage and motivate the team, whilst giving our customers a great experience.

You must be positive, talented and proactive person with a passion for all things Food and Beverage. You will be involved in the delivery of our delicious range of food and drink to our guests. Ensuring customers are greeted with a smile. Personality is key, below are some of the key requirements and responsibilities

  • Serving food and beverage requests efficiently and accurately
  • Preparing and clearing tables
  • Taking orders in restaurants
  • Communicating with colleagues and taking direction to ensure smooth delivery
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy dining and working environment before, after and during service
