Full job description

We’re looking for a Front of House Supervisor to join our team at Cargo Cantina. Someone who enjoys what great hospitality is all about; warm, welcoming service, a buzzing atmosphere, and making sure both guests and the team have a great experience.

As Supervisor, you’ll be hands-on during service, keeping everything running smoothly, supporting the team, and making sure our guests leave happy. You’ll also be responsible for opening and closing, cashing up, running quieter shifts, managing breaks, and keeping an eye on wage costs. You’ll be the go-to person when challenges come up, helping to fix problems before they become issues.
