The Opportunity

We are currently looking for:

  • Front of House Waiter / Waitress
  • Experienced Bar Staff / Mixologist
  • Glass polisher / junior bar staff

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who genuinely cares about hospitality and takes pride in delivering service to a high standard.

As part of our front-of-house team, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience. From welcoming guests and guiding them through our tasting menu, to delivering attentive table service and creating beautifully presented cocktails, you’ll play a key role in making every visit memorable.

What We’re Looking For

For our FOH Waiter / Waitress, we’re looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience in a high-end, fine dining or tasting-menu environment
  • Is confident in supporting the wider FOH team
  • Has excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for hospitality
  • Is confident communicating with guests and creating a warm, professional atmosphere
  • Takes pride in their appearance, service and knowledge
  • Can work calmly and professionally in a busy environment
  • Is ambitious and keen to develop within a growing restaurant

For our Bar Team, we’re looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience working behind a high-end bar
  • Has a strong knowledge of cocktails and mixology
  • Takes pride in presentation, technique and consistency
  • Enjoys engaging with guests and delivering excellent customer service
  • Is creative, enthusiastic and keen to develop their skills
