Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Pizza Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Italian cuisine, be confident in preparing dough and working with pizza ovens, and be able to deliver consistent quality in a busy kitchen. You must also be mature, stable, and available during peak times, including Christmas and New Year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and cooking pizzas to order
  • Hand-stretching dough and managing the pizza oven
  • Preparing fresh ingredients and traditional Italian dishes
  • Ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
  • Working well as part of a professional team

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Pizza Chef
  • Good knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques
  • Must be reliable, mature, and committed (no school leavers)
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and throughout the festive season
  • Passion for authentic Italian food
