Chef de Partie (breakfast)-Fixed term contract 6 months

The Crowne Plaza, East Midlands Airport hotel in Kegworth, is recruiting a Chef de Partie (Breakfast) to work in its hotel kitchens. The Hotel is recently undergone extensive refurbishment and we are looking for new team members to join this vibrant, engaged team and grow your career in our fast-paced environment.

You will be running our breakfast service delivering our branded breakfast concept to our guests, assisting senior chefs & directing junior chefs in ensuring all dishes are delivered to an exacting standard.

You will be supporting other areas of the food operation including our conference lunches and room service, to deliver on our mission of “simple, sensational service.”

We are offering a fixed term 6 month contract as we are needing to cover long term sickness

What do we require from a Chef de Partie (Breakfast).

· Maintaining high standards of food preparation and delivery

· Working as part of a team

· Flexibility and ability to work in all areas of the kitchen with training
