Chef de Partie – The Plough, Elstree

We're looking for talented and passionate Chefs to join the kitchen team at The Plough, Elstree.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a busy, quality-led kitchen serving freshly prepared food in one of Hertfordshire's newest pub and restaurant destinations.

We're looking for chefs who take pride in their work, enjoy working as part of a team, and have a genuine passion for producing consistently great food.

What you'll be doing:

  • Running your section during service
  • Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards
  • Supporting senior chefs and helping develop junior team members
  • Working closely with the team to deliver great guest experiences

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready for the next step
  • Passion for fresh food and quality ingredients
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Good understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
