An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the opening team at Tallow, a new restaurant concept from MAYA Hospitality.

We are looking for confident and passionate Front of House Team Members who take genuine pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

At Tallow, great service is about more than taking an order. We want every guest to feel welcomed, looked after and excited to return.

The Role

As part of our Front of House team, you will play an important role in delivering the Tallow experience from the moment a guest arrives.

Your role will include:

• Welcoming and looking after guests throughout their experience
• Taking orders and confidently communicating our menu
• Preparing and serving our signature mocktails and drinks
• Delivering attentive, friendly and professional table service
• Ensuring the restaurant is presented to an exceptional standard throughout service
• Processing bills and payments accurately
• Building genuine relationships with our guests and regular customers
• Working closely with the kitchen and wider restaurant team to deliver smooth service
• Supporting opening and closing procedures

About You

We're looking for people with personality, confidence and a genuine passion for hospitality.

You'll take pride in your appearance and your work, have a natural eye for detail and understand the importance of making every guest feel looked after.

You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, work well as part of a team and maintain high standards even during our busiest services.

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred, although we're equally interested in people with the right attitude and potential to develop.

Pay: £12.71-£17.36 per hour
