A remarkable, exciting all-day dining experience located harbourside in Bristol city centre.

Inspired by the vibrant night markets of Asia, Zaza Bazaar celebrates the most popular cuisines from around the world in a huge, fun-filled, adventurous dining space. Our restaurant is fast-paced, energetic, and full of personality — and we’re looking for people who thrive in that atmosphere!

We’re Hiring: Part-Time & Full-Time Waiting Staff

Up to £12.71 per hour (in line with National Minimum Wage and dependent on experience) + tips

We’re looking for charming, charismatic individuals who genuinely love hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous hospitality experience (preferred but not essential — full training provided)
  • Passionate, outgoing personality with a natural flair for customer service
  • A strong eye for detail and pride in delivering exceptional service
  • Interest in learning about cocktails, wines, and service standards
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to grow within a team
  • Good spoken English and confidence handling payments and tills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, vibrant catering environment
