Who we think makes a great Front of House Assistant

  • You’ll have a passion for pleasing, to ensure our guests have an exceptional experience
  • You’ll have previous experience in food and beverage, ideally gained in a similar environment
  • You’ll have an interest, and appreciation of fine food & wine
  • You’ll be a confident communicator. This is important to liaise with our guests and your other team members
  • You’re always looking for opportunities to drive the performance of the business, upsell and contribute to amazing results
  • You’ll make sure all food safety and health and safety standards are met throughout
  • You’ll know how to deal effectively with guest feedback, both positive and negative

The details… The Front of house assistant will be responsible for the following;

  • To visibly act upon each client’s need
  • Ensure all mis en place is clean and as the company guidelines suggest
  • The role will involve preparing drinks
  • To show capability in a paced restaurant
  • To have an understanding and efficiency of stock control
  • To serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow the example of your senior colleagues in order to keep consistency within the business

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
