Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of service. This role requires strong leadership, organisational skills, and a passion for hospitality. The Front of House Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering a welcoming environment and supporting the overall success of the venue.

Duties

  • Oversee all front-of-house operations, including guest reception, reservations, and service delivery
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate front-of-house staff to ensure high standards of customer service
  • Manage guest relations, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Implement training programmes for staff development in guest services and hospitality standards
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Assist in organising events or special functions hosted at the venue
  • Maintain organised records related to staffing, reservations, and guest feedback
  • Foster a positive team environment that promotes excellent customer service and teamwork

Experience

  • Proven supervising experience within a hospitality or hotel environment
  • Strong background in guest services, hospitality management, or human resources
  • Experience in leading diverse teams within a fast-paced setting
  • Knowledge of hotel operations or similar customer-facing roles is advantageous
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to enhance guest communication and service quality
