Cacciari's restaurant is looking for enthusiastic and skilled commis chef to join our brigade!

The Commis Chef is responsible for supporting the kitchen team by preparing high-quality dishes and ensuring that the starters, salads, desserts, and preparation sections operate efficiently. The role requires maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, organisation, and consistency while following Cacciari's recipes and procedures.

Duties:

  • Prepare ingredients for daily service, including washing, peeling, chopping, slicing, and portioning.
  • Carry out all food preparation according to Cacciari's recipes and presentation standards.
  • Prepare fresh ingredients for starters, salads, desserts, and mise en place.
  • Ensure all products are correctly labelled, dated, and stored.

Requirements
