Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pizza Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish served. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary talents in a fast-paced restaurant environment, contributing to a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Duties

  • Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to established recipes and standards
  • Cook and assemble pizzas with precision, ensuring presentation and quality meet brand expectations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to ensure optimal results
  • Assist in inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service during busy periods
  • Adhere strictly to food safety standards and hygiene practices at all times
  • Support the wider kitchen team with meal preparation and other related duties as required

Skills

  • Proven experience in food preparation, especially within a pizza or similar fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong cooking skills with an understanding of culinary techniques specific to pizza making
