Full job description

We have a full time position for a chef at our busy seaside daytime restaurant benefitting from no split shifts or night time working.Applicants should be conversant with all Food Hygiene Regulations and be able to deliver quality traditional food in a timely and quality manner. Many of our dishes are produced on site and hence preparation of meal ingredients is essential including such items as preparation of vegetables and homemade soups.We are open Seven days a week with hours being circa 8.30am till 5.00 pm out of season with longer hours in season . Hours will include weekend work as this is our busiest period. Total hours are circa 40 hours out of season up to 50 hours in season.You will report to the Head Chef who has many years experience at our establishment
