This is a brilliant opportunity to grow your skills in a professional, supportive kitchen that genuinely values creativity, consistency, and teamwork.

Who we’re looking for

Commis chef:

You’re at the start of your culinary career and hungry to learn. You’re fast on your feet, have a strong work ethic, and want to work in a kitchen that will teach you the ropes properly. You’ll support the team with prep, plating, and keeping things running smoothly day-to-day.

  • A calm head and strong team spirit – especially during busy service
  • A keen eye for detail and quality
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a good attitude
  • Hygiene and food safety knowledge (Level 2+ preferred for CDP)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a positive dining experience by maintaining a well-organized and clean kitchen environment.

What’s in it for you

  • Proper training and development – we promote from within
  • A friendly, professional kitchen team that’s passionate about what we do
  • Staff meals on shift and discounts across the venue
