Full job description

Freelance Waiter / Bartender Required

We are a Mediterranean and Italian restaurant based in St Neots and are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team.

No Experience? No Problem.

We are happy to train the right candidate.

Working Hours (Trainee Position):

  • Friday & Saturday
  • 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Pay:

  • National Minimum Wage, according to age and current UK regulations.

EXPERIENCED WAITERS/BARTENDERS

For candidates with previous restaurant or bar experience:

Working Schedule:

  • Up to 6 days per week

Pay:

  • Competitive rate, depending on experience and skills.

  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially on busy Friday and Saturday evenings.
  • Friendly, positive, and customer-focused.
  • Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Good knowledge of food, beverages, and menu items, or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
