Location description

The Role:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment, maintaining consistent quality in drinks, managing busy service periods efficiently, and responding positively to customer feedback.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and stock management across bar sections to ensure smooth service and a great guest experience.
  • Follow all licensing, health and safety, and regulatory requirements, including age verification for alcohol sales and compliance with event and festival guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with bar managers, colleagues, suppliers, and event teams, acting as a positive brand ambassador while supporting an inclusive, respectful, and team-focused workplace.
