Full job description

We are looking for an individual who has what it takes to make our guests’ experience the best in the area. You will need to have excellent communication skills, a high level of customer awareness - recognising the needs of the guests is key. You must be able to work as part of a team, or unsupervised. You will need transport due to location. We offer a flexible rota, however daytime, weekend and evening work will be required. Please note this is a permanent position, so not suitable for students just living in the area during term time. If you are looking to further your career we are also open to the possibility of training up to supervisor level if the right candidate is taken on.

Applicants must be over 18 due to having to dispense alcohol and must be available over the Christmas period

Duties to include, but not limited to:

Serving guests with meals and drinks

Taking orders

Dealing with bookings both face-to-face and over the phone

Checking in and out hotel guests

Dealing with guest queries

Cash handling and stock handling

We are looking for someone who is

A good communicator and organiser,

Well presented

Has exceptional focus on customer service and satisfaction.

Experienced and a sound knowledge in all aspects of food & beverage.

Computer literate

We offer flexible hours as we are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week, 52 weeks of the year approximate hours 30-35 on a rota basis dependant on your availability and flexibility

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 35.0 per week
