Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Fryer/Server to join our dynamic team. This role involves preparing delicious fried dishes and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, enjoy working in a team, and possess a keen eye for cleanliness and food safety standards. This position offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills while delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook fried foods according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Assist with meal preparation and ensure food is served promptly and accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations
  • Serve customers efficiently, taking orders and delivering food with professionalism
  • Replenish supplies and ensure all ingredients are stored correctly
  • Support the team during busy periods by assisting with additional tasks as needed
  • Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour when interacting with customers
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings if required
  • A genuine interest in culinary arts and providing outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions diligently
