Responsibilities

• Smile and great guest as you would your families.
• You must put the guest above all tasks and ensure they are completely happy with your personal service.
• Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and managing their seating arrangements efficiently
• Handling reservations and walk-in enquiries with professionalism and courtesy
• Providing excellent guest services, including answering questions about the menu and facilities
• Managing phone calls with proper phone etiquette and assisting with booking inquiries
• Coordinating with the service team to ensure timely seating and guest satisfaction
• Maintaining a clean and organised front of house area to uphold high standards of presentation
• Assisting with general administrative tasks as required to support smooth operations

Experience

• You must be completely guest obsessed, for the whole shift, every day.
• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality environments is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on friendly customer interaction
• Experience in guest services or serving roles is advantageous
• Familiarity with hotel or restaurant operations can be beneficial
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional attitude
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and courteous conversation management is preferred
