Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all guests. Duties

  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations to upsell menu items and enhance guest experience
  • Ensure tables are cleared efficiently and reset for new guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas in accordance with food safety standards
  • Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed, supporting overall restaurant operations
  • Handle guest enquiries courteously, resolving any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Process payments accurately using the POS system, handling card transactions

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and basic food preparation techniques is advantageous
