The Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic and personable waiting staff to join our team. You’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests, delivering attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly service.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming guests and creating a positive first impression
  • Taking food and drink orders with confidence
  • Serving dishes and wines with attention to detail
  • Maintaining excellent product knowledge (especially wine – training provided)
  • Ensuring tables are clean, organised, and well-presented
  • Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams

  • A passion for hospitality and guest experience
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience is great, but not essential – personality matters most

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques is advantageous
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
  • Basic maths skills for handling bills and transactions accurately
  • A genuine passion for guest services, culinary experiences, and creating memorable visits for guests
  • Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and evenings as required
