Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our vibrant hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable dining experience. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for food and beverage service are highly valued. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided to develop your skills in food safety, service standards, and guest engagement.

Duties

  • Welcome guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
  • Take accurate orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen or bar staff
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during their meal and addressing any special requests or concerns
  • Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and maximise sales opportunities
  • Handle payments accurately using the POS system and provide correct change
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables, service stations, and dining areas
  • Follow food safety protocols and hygiene standards at all times
  • Assist with basic food preparation or garnishing as needed in the kitchen area
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods

Requirements
