About Us:

Roseacre Pub Company was formed in 2014 with the aim of creating a selection of lovely pub restaurants serving excellent food and drink accompanied by friendly, caring service and great value prices. We have 10 venues and are based mainly in Leicestershire, with The Shires Inn being our newest site - it's just reopened after a 500k refurb and due to be a busy relaunch we are looking for new Chefs to join our fantastic team. The Shires features an exciting new homemade fresh food menu with a focus on daily specials and our famous Sunday carvery.

We are a growing pub restaurant company, large enough to enable progression but still close-knit enough to feel like a family. We are striving to be the best pub restaurant with the tastiest food and the best servers in every market place where we operate. We are passionate about delivering great hospitality, delicious food and well made drinks each and every day so our guests grow to love us, continually return and recommend us to anyone who’ll listen!
