Full job description

Duties

- Hands on approach to all operations of the café, ensuring smooth and efficient service

- Responsible for opening and closing and be keyholder
- Supervise café staff, including kitchen and front-of-house employees
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner

Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a café or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food production, preparation, and presentation
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills

Wage between £11-£13.00 per hour plus tips
