Multiple locations across London

Salary: £12.75 to £15.00 per hour

Employment Type: Full-time and part-time, with flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide friendly customer service.
  • Take customer orders accurately.
  • Operate the EPOS and till systems.
  • Manage orders from Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat.
  • Prepare, pack and hand over takeaway and delivery orders.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are ready on time.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the front counter, dining and customer areas.
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Work efficiently during busy periods.

Requirements

  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant.
  • Reliable, punctual and flexible.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
  • Good teamwork skills.
