Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Front of House Staff member with strong graphic design and marketing skills to join our vibrant restaurant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to blend customer service excellence with innovative marketing initiatives, contributing to the restaurant’s brand presence and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, a flair for visual communication, and a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies. Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Develop and implement engaging visual content for social media platforms, website, and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop and other graphic design tools.
  • Manage the restaurant’s online presence through WordPress, Google Ads, SEO optimisation, and social media management to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns including email marketing, B2B outreach, and analysis of campaign performance using Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel.
  • Create compelling copy for promotional content, menus, and digital advertisements that align with brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Oversee project management tasks related to event promotions or special campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and organisational efficiency.
  • Analyse market trends and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve overall brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with management on branding initiatives, visual merchandising, and community engagement efforts.

Skills

  • Proven experience in management, project management, or leadership roles within hospitality or marketing environments.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), WordPress, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and social media management tools.
  • Excellent analysis skills to interpret data from various digital channels for strategic decision-making.
  • Skilled copywriter with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to target audiences.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and B2B communication practices.
  • Effective organisational skills with excellent time management capabilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • IT literacy across various platforms with an aptitude for learning new software tools as required. This role offers an engaging environment where creativity meets hospitality excellence. The successful candidate will be instrumental in elevating our brand presence while delivering outstanding service to our guests.
