Chef de Partie (CDP) – Immediate Start | Agency Role

We are currently recruiting for one experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our agency team for an exciting assignment at a prestigious hotel in Central London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and skilled chef looking for regular agency work with an immediate start. The assignment is expected to run until the end of February.

Position Details

  • Role: Chef de Partie (CDP)
  • Location: Central London
  • Employer: Gig Agency
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Working Pattern: 5 days per week, including every other weekend
  • Shift Times: 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm (shift times may vary depending on operational requirements)
  • Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie in a busy hotel or restaurant kitchen
  • A passion for producing high-quality food
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety procedures
  • Reliable, professional, and flexible with working hours
  • The right to work in the UK
