Full job description

We are looking for seafood lovers with experience in hospitality to join our team. We have part time positions available for shifts over the weekend Friday, Saturday & Sunday. This is an ideal job for someone in university or about to start. So if you have experience running a section, with a bubbly personality then we want to hear from you.

Riddle and Finns is an institution for Brighton seafood lovers for 20 years - with one restaurant boasting a cosy atmosphere in the heart of the south lanes and another directly looking over the sea - We are known for our atmospheric services with open kitchens and bars alongside exceptional seafood and champagne.

Joining the Riddle & Finns team, you’ll be an integral part in each guest’s experience from start to finish - Advising them on food, wine and perhaps even how to crack a crab! So a thirst for knowledge is essential. Our ethos is centred around developing our teams - encouraging growth and career development through our company wherever possible.
