At The Ainsworth Collection, making sure our guests have the most memorable visit possible is our number one priority. Our wonderful front of house team is at the very heart of delivering this goal by helping to create special memories.

The Mariners Public House is part of The Ainsworth Collection which includes our Michelin-star restaurant Paul Ainsworth at No6, Caffe Rojano, Padstow Townhouse and The St Enodoc by Paul Ainsworth. As a member of our team you will be joining a fun, professional and supportive hospitality family.

Based in Rock, The Mariners has the most beautiful view over the estuary.

Our Role

The person we are looking for will have a hard-working attitude and will be responsible for ensuring every one of our guests has the most amazing time.

At The Ainsworth Collection we recruit people, not roles. Experience is desirable but not essential as in-house training will be given. More importantly, we are looking for the right person to join our family. This can be a full or part time role, with a flexible attitude to hours worked, ideally we are looking for a candidate that can be flexible across the 7 days and there are opportunities to progress, as well as work in our other businesses.

Working in hospitality does not mean working every single hour - we encourage our team members to adopt a healthy work life balance. If you already enjoy working in hospitality or would like the opportunity to find your passion and learn, we are looking for Bar & Waiting team members to join our Front of House team here at The Mariners Public House.
