As one of our chefs, you'll play a key role in delivering the fantastic food and service our customers have come to expect. Every shift brings something different, and no two days are ever the same.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes with consistency and attention to detail.
• Working efficiently during busy service while maintaining exceptional food standards.
• Preparing ingredients and keeping service running smoothly through effective organisation.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and well-organised kitchen, always following food hygiene and safety regulations.
• Working closely with our front-of-house team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Monitoring stock levels, rotating stock correctly and assisting with ordering.
• Contributing fresh ideas to help develop and improve our menus as the business continues to grow.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who brings energy, passion and a positive attitude to every shift.

You'll ideally have:

• At least 2 years' experience working as a chef in a busy restaurant, café or similar environment.
• Excellent knowledge of food preparation, hygiene and food safety standards.
• The ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple orders during busy service.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• A genuine passion for creating great food.
• A positive, reliable attitude and the ability to work well within a close knit team.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and weekends when required.

The work life balance:

Joining our team gives you flexibility from the get go.

We know that a chef role can take it's toll which is why we offer the following shift pattern:
Monday & Tuesday: Rota day off (Excluding bank holidays)
Wednesday: 7:30- 15:00
Thursday: 8:00- 15:00
Friday: 8:00- 15:00
Saturday: 7:00- 17:00
Sunday: 7:00- 15:30

There's also opportunity to work more hours for the right candidate.
