Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Store Manager to lead our restaurant team to success! Duties

  • Oversee all store operations, including sales management, inventory control, and visual merchandising to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise a diverse team of sales associates and staff to achieve individual and team goals
  • Implement effective staffing schedules, manage time efficiently, and ensure optimal coverage during peak hours
  • Maintain excellent communication with team members through clear phone etiquette and organizational skills
  • Monitor sales performance regularly, analyze reports, and develop strategies to boost revenue and improve store metrics
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and administrative procedures
  • Foster a welcoming environment by providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and building strong community relationships

Experience

  • Proven management experience in retail or a related customer-focused environment with supervising responsibilities
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and drive results through effective communication and motivation
  • Demonstrated success in sales management, merchandising, and organizational planning
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Previous administrative experience including record keeping, reporting, and handling phone inquiries professionally
  • Experience in supervising teams with a focus on developing talent and maintaining high morale
