Head Bartender – The Bath Arms, Longleat

Up to £13 per hour including tronc

We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Bartender to join the team at The Bath Arms, our beautiful country inn on the edge of the Longleat Estate.

The Bath Arms is a thriving country inn with sixteen bedrooms, a busy restaurant, a beautiful terrace and a loyal local following. Our bar serves everything from perfectly poured pints and carefully selected wines to classic cocktails and premium spirits, and we’re looking for someone who can bring knowledge, personality and enthusiasm to every shift.

You’ll play an important role in delivering the experience our guests know and love — preparing great drinks, engaging with customers, supporting your colleagues and helping to create the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that makes The Bath Arms special. You’ll be part of a passionate team where everyone works together, supports each other and takes pride in what they do.

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, reliable and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for hospitality. You’ll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a keen eye for detail and take pride in creating great experiences for guests. Previous bar experience would be an advantage, but most importantly, we’re looking for someone with the right attitude, curiosity and desire to grow.
