Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager for our restaurant to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead a motivated team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant experience, and a passion for delivering high-quality food and hospitality. This role involves managing food preparation, supervising staff, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring the smooth running of the establishment to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving processes.
  • Lead and supervise a team of staff members, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high levels of team performance.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training programmes, and performance appraisals to optimise productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene across all areas.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control to minimise waste and maximise efficiency.
