The Role

You’ll be the central point of contact for large-party bookings, private dining and group reservations across Mowgli during the busy Christmas period.

You’ll manage enquiries from the moment they land with us through to the day of the booking, working closely with our restaurant teams to make sure everything is organised, communicated and delivered to the Mowgli standard.

You’ll be responsible for turning enquiries into bookings, building great relationships with guests and helping us maximise our private dining and group-booking opportunities across the estate.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing incoming enquiries for large parties, group bookings and private dining across our restaurants
• Responding to enquiries quickly, professionally and with plenty of Mowgli personality
• Converting enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Helping guests choose the right restaurant, space and experience for their occasion
• Managing deposits, pre-orders, booking information and guest requirements
• Keeping accurate records of all large-party and private dining bookings
• Working closely with General Managers and restaurant teams to ensure every booking is fully briefed and prepared for
• Following up enquiries and outstanding information to maximise conversion
• Supporting the restaurants through the busiest Christmas trading period
• Identifying opportunities to increase bookings and spend across private dining and large parties
• Helping ensure our guests receive an exceptional experience from their first enquiry to the end of their meal
• Supporting with Christmas and other key seasonal booking periods as required

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Naturally organised and able to manage lots of enquiries at once
• Confident and personable when speaking to guests
• Commercially minded and comfortable selling an experience, rather than simply taking a booking
• A brilliant communicator, both written and verbally
• Comfortable working at pace and staying calm when things get busy
• Detail-focused because the little things matter when you’re looking after a party of 20, 30 or 50 guests
• Confident using email, spreadsheets and booking systems
• A genuine people person who enjoys making guests feel looked after
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering brilliant customer experiences

Hospitality Experience

Previous experience in restaurant reservations, events, hospitality, private dining, hotel events or a similar customer-facing role would be a big plus.

We’re also open to someone with fantastic transferable experience who is highly organised, commercially minded and has a real passion for hospitality.
