Successful London Restaurateur of 30 years, Antony Griffin Harris, along with partner, former actress and PR Stacey C Elder bring tantalising fine dining to this beautiful part of the Cotswolds.

Re-united after 30 years with Head Chef Nick Anderson (2 Michelin stars) and his wife Kate Anderson, the Sous Chef, they have bought new life to this Cotswolds favourite.

85 covers with private dining.

In exchange for your passion and commitment you will receive:

5 day week, 48 hours.

Share of excellent tips.

Very nice accommodation is available if required plus meals on a working day.

Wage is negotiable dependant on you, your skills and if you require accommodation or not.

Your Duties:

  • Attend daily briefings from management who will explain any special requirements for the day.
  • You will explore and explain dishes to guests including ingredients and discussing any allergy information.
  • Take and deliver accurate drink and food orders
  • Be responsible for creating a wonderful atmosphere for guests to dine in.
  • See guests depart the venue with the desire to return
  • Be responsible for billing/credit card/payment and feedback.
  • Help clear down tables and prepare for service including polishing cutlery, glasses, etc.
