Job Overview
We are seeking two friendly and professional Front of House team member to provide exceptional guest services in a dynamic hospitality environment. The successful candidates will be part of our unique friendly and professional front of house team. Looking after guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth operational flow. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within the hospitality industry, working in a vibrant and customer-focused setting.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and serve guests warmly and professionally
  • Assist with all aspects of service in our on site restaurant; Stanley's or in our bar
  • Maintain a tidy and organised environment upholding a high level of cleanliness
  • Working as part of a team to deliver a seamless service from back of house to front

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards
  • Friendly, approachable demeanour with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings and weekends when required
