We are looking for a Breakfast Supervisor to join our team at Yotel.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for food preparation, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role involves supervising breakfast service, ensuring food safety standards are maintained, and managing a team of kitchen and serving staff to deliver smooth and efficient operations. Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, or similar hospitality environment is required.


Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all aspects of breakfast service, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of food and beverages.
  • Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Manage team members, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a cohesive working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate supply needs to the management team.
  • Handle guest enquiries or complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and service areas.
