Mixologist / Bar Staff (IMMEDIATE START) Please only apply if you can start the role on the date below.

Location: The Suya Factory, Chatham Dockside. IMMEDIATE START on Saturday 11th July 2026 and then continuous weekly shift Pattern (Wed to Sun)

Pay: £10.85–£12.71 per hour (depending on age)

Contract: Full-time / Part-time

About the role

The Suya Factory is a new restaurant opening in Chatham Dockside, built around live grilling, bold flavours, and great atmosphere. We’re looking for a confident mixologist or experienced bar staff member to join the team.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and making cocktails from scratch
  • Serving spirits, and soft drinks
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
  • Opening and closing the bar, restocking where required
  • Delivering friendly, efficient customer service
  • Following licensing, health & safety, and hygiene standards

What we’re looking for

  • Reliable individuals with a great attitude to work
  • IMPORTANT - 5 years previous bar & mixology experience required
  • Able to make classic & specialty cocktails from scratch without training
  • Calm, organised, and reliable
  • Professional attitude and good communication skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
